Ippakusuisei Tokubetsu Junmai (1.8L)
Brewed using locally grown sake rice and water, this Tokubetsu Junmai has a beautiful Ginjo nose with plenty of umami with a sharp finish. Fukurokuju, from which the name of the brewery is taken, is the “God of Wealth and Longevity” and one of the seven deities of good luck.
Kaiun Tokubetsu Honjozo
This bright and refreshing Honjozo is the brewery’s flagship sake. Melon, pear, and banana drive the aromas and balance with subtle sweet touch and light acidity. Their water source is one of the softest and purest; producing this beautiful and slightly dry sake.
Dewazakura Yukimegami 48 Junmai Daiginjo (720ml)
This Junmai Daiginjo is made with the newest rice strain, Yukimegami (Snow Goddess) from Yamagata. Round and rich with dense and fruity aromas. Deliciously supple
and clean with a pleasant finish that highlights the umami of rice.
Kokuryu Kuzuryu Junmai
Kokuryu Sake Brewing Co. is famous for the soft water that filters down from the Haku mountains into the underground river called Kuzuryu (the Nine-headed Dragon). Light-bodied and clean tasting with a dry finish. Warming will soften the sake, enhancing its overall harmony.
Niwa no Uguisu 60 Junmai Ginjo (720ml)
Clean, elegant and refined, a very easy drinking sake to pair with a variety of cuisines. Notes of Asian pear, Fuji apples and lychee on the nose and a soft, glycerol mouth-feel, with balanced weight and flavours.
Amabuki Junmai Ginjo Ichigo Strawberry (720ml)
Hand crafted with strawberry yeast, this sake has notes of berries on the nose. Beautifully aromatic but not overpowering. Fresh, fruity, and light with acidity on the palate. Brewed with omachi rice polished down to 55%.
Taiheizan Kimoto Junmai
Using Akita Kimoto method, this full bodied umami rich junmai has distinctive aroma of fungi and is highlighted by perfect acidity. Grand Gold (2011-2017) and Gold 17 times since 2000 in Monde Selection.
Kozaemon Junmai Yuzu Sake (300ml)
A fragrant, sweet and refreshing drink. It is smooth with a fruity flavour. The colour is a hazy light yellow and the palate is filled with citrus fruit flavours with a touch of bitter sweetness. Add ice, soda or simply enjoy on its own.
Masumi Sanka Junmai Daiginjo
Made with Yamadanishiki (king of rice) from Hyogo, and polished down to 45%, this daiginjo has fresh and floral fragrance with great depth and complexity.
Taiheizan Honjozo Nigori
