Brewed using locally grown sake rice and water, this Tokubetsu Junmai has a beautiful Ginjo nose with plenty of umami with a sharp finish. Fukurokuju, from which the name of the brewery is taken, is the “God of Wealth and Longevity” and one of the seven deities of good luck.
