Dassai ‘45’ Junmai Daiginjo (720ml)
*Markham Location Only* Dassai's brewery, Asahi Shuzō, produce only Junmai Daiginjos made with Yamadanishiki rice. This sake has a rice polish ratio of 45%, which results in a light sweetness and vibrant acidity. Notes of ripe melons lead to a dry, wistfully clean finish.
Naminooto Junmai Super Dry Muroka Nama Genshu (720ml)

Kokuryu Kuzuryu Junmai

Tenmei Brown Junmai Daiginjo (720ml)
This genshu is unpasteurized and aged for 1 year at freezing temperature. Aging allows all the flavor to marry together. Melon, cereal, apple & honey in a round, smooth, soft yet bold offering.
Kozaemon Junmai Yuzu Sake (300ml)
A fragrant, sweet and refreshing drink. It is smooth with a fruity flavour. The colour is a hazy light yellow and the palate is filled with citrus fruit flavours with a touch of bitter sweetness. Add ice, soda or simply enjoy on its own.
