Masumi Tokusen Honjozo (1.8 L)
*Markham Location Only* Trophy winner at the 2008 London International Wine Challenge, it is often acclaimed as the finest warm sake served in Nagano. With rice polish rate 60% and using a few different yeast, this honjozo is not your regular honjozo. It has less alcohol taste and more fruity and floral on the nose. Enjoy it lightly chilled to gently warmed.
Dassai ‘45’ Junmai Daiginjo (720ml)
*Markham Location Only* Dassai's brewery, Asahi Shuzō, produce only Junmai Daiginjos made with Yamadanishiki rice. This sake has a rice polish ratio of 45%, which results in a light sweetness and vibrant acidity. Notes of ripe melons lead to a dry, wistfully clean finish.

*Markham Location Only* Limited release from Tengumai! Only available once a year, this Yamahai Nigori is brewed with Gohyakumangoku rice that is polished to 65%. Elegant and silky on the palate with a bittersweetness from the kasu left in the sake, this sake is delicious with sashimi, BBQ, cheese fondue and so much more.
Tedorigawa 'U' Yamahai Muroka Genshu Junmai (720ml)
*Markham Location Only* Tedorigawa 'U' Yamahai Muroka Genshu Junmai is interesting enough on its own. Being a genshu but only 13.4% abv is rare. This sake has a fresh acidity that makes it a great choice as an aperitif. Enjoy flavors of muscat, banana and lychee.
Taiheizan Kimoto Junmai
Using Akita Kimoto method, this full bodied umami rich junmai has distinctive aroma of fungi and is highlighted by perfect acidity. Grand Gold (2011-2017) and Gold 17 times since 2000 in Monde Selection.
Masumi Shiro White Junmai Ginjo (720ml)
*Markham Location Only* This sake is light and soft, with lowered abv 12%, making it ideal to be enjoyed everyday. The brewery discovered yeast No. 7 and have been brewing with this yeast for 350 years. With a rice polishing ratio of 55%, acidity and umami is low in this sake.
Kozaemon Junmai Yuzu Sake (300ml)
A fragrant, sweet and refreshing drink. It is smooth with a fruity flavour. The colour is a hazy light yellow and the palate is filled with citrus fruit flavours with a touch of bitter sweetness. Add ice, soda or simply enjoy on its own.
Dewazakura Dewasansan Junmai Ginjo (300ml)
*Vaughan Location Only* The rice for this Junmai Ginjo is really milled to a Daiginjo rate and has very floral nose filled with hints of cherry blossoms and pear. It has a light and smooth beginning that greets a fruity peach flavors. Mild aftertase.
Far Yeast Tokyo White (330ml)
*Markham Location Only* Cloudy, light pale gold with a creamy head, this Japanese beer is dry and aromatic, very restrained in hoppiness.. It is refreshing and fruity. Suggest to serve between 4° - 7°C.
