Kuheiji stresses a domain-style of sake making similar to the wine world. First impression is spritzy and lively. Clean and crisp, juicy and well-balanced. This is not your traditional Junmai Daiginjo, but will please both new and seasoned drinkers!

Emishiki's contemporary "Sensation" series are high-quality, well-priced sake that can be enjoyed every day during the four seasons. Sensation Black has a fresh scent like young grass, pandan, green apple, and strawberries. A rounded but firm mouthfeel, soft sweetness, rising acidity, crisp finish. Great with yakitori and torched pressed sushi.

Cloudy, light pale gold with a creamy head, this Japanese beer is dry and aromatic, very restrained in hoppiness.. It is refreshing and fruity. Suggest to serve between 4° - 7°C.
