Trophy winner at the 2008 London International Wine Challenge, it is often acclaimed as the finest warm sake served in Nagano. With rice polish rate 60% and using a few different yeast, this honjozo is not your regular honjozo. It has less alcohol taste and more fruity and floral on the nose.
